I was trying to get some value out of the Blacklane credit before end of the year. For TPE, the rides are all significantly more expensive than comparable rides. For example, Blacklane charges $125-140 for pickup in a Mercedes E-Class, while the market rate is around $30 for a RAV4 and $50-60 for an E-Class.

I'm sure many savvy Strata Elite card holders already found out about this, but I was able to find some promo codes that gives 25-30% off for the 1-3 ride. Combined with the $100 credit made the math work quite well, at least for this one time.
