I can't imagine the other ST airlines aren't having to pay AFKL for SkyPriority, lounge and extra bags at least something. Of course, not everything will be a direct cash exchange, but it will be baked into interline costs, alliance fees, etc. At least for lounge access, AFKL will be paying something per-visit.
