Isn't a buffet a la carte?
Wasn't aware of any HIs that offered a table service for ordering your breakfast.
Even somewhere like the Kimpton de Witt it's only hot drinks and a few speciality items that get table service. Everything else is a buffet.
Some of the screen shots in the article seem sensible to me - surely 5 choices of cerial is enough? Ditto a couple of fruit choices. It reduces waste and costs.
