Looking at the menu of an upcoming BKK-MUC flight and seeing these choices that seem to be a repeat of what someone posted from Dec 2024:

Meal 1
  • Lamb Chops in Red Curry with Green Banana served with Thai jasmine rice, five-spice braised Ratchaburi black tofu & soft-boiled egg, sautéed French beans and grilled sweet corn.
  • Tender Iberico pork cheek with sake blanquette sauce served with portobello mushroom stuffed with buttered Japanese rice broccoli and baby corn–filled daikon.
  • Stir-fried rice noodles with superior tender abalone, tossed in rich shrimp oil sauce.
Meal 2
  • Butter-poached tiger prawn with sautéed shimeji mushrooms and lobster bisque Served with onsen egg and creamy spinach in a delicate vol-au-vent.
  • Thai Jasmine Rice in “Tom Yum” Style Soup with Seafood with salmon roe and onsen egg.
  • Steamed Chicken Thigh served with chicken flavored rice and ginger chili
For my taste buds, all a bit "meh" though I hear folks on the lamb chops. Especially meal 2 doesn't offer much that I would like for what will be breakfast time at the destination aside from TGs apparent fascination for onsen egg (don't recall any hot springs in TH ) whether they fit the style of meal or not. A lot of seafood (prawn, abalone, etc.) in dishes which I can manage though I would have preferred a fish rather, but overall it is not everyone's favorite.

I did select the pork cheek for meal 1 "supper" (considering the 00:50am departure time) and the tiger prawns for meal 2 (I can have chicken rice in SIN every day), but may skip meal 2 main course or maybe even the whole meal (for some extra snooze time) and rather have a Bavarian breakfast after arrival .

For the caviar, can I ask if it is served with anything else like some toast or blinis or so as I only saw some garlic bread in the pictures (and another scallop & prawn with the caviar )? Thanks.
