UA booking with AC segment, how to use AC status for better bag allowance

Hi, I'm Premier Gold and I booked an international round trip from Canada to Europe on united.com. The first segment (YYC -> EWR) is actually operated by Air Canada (all other segments are United operated), and I noticed that the free baggage allowance is only one (50 lbs) bag in the outgoing direction (it's two 70 lbs bags on the return direction which includes only United operated flights), likely due to Air Canada only allowing one bag for *G. I would like to check 2 bags, and I also have Air Canada 25K status (equivalent to Silver in *A), which actually provides two free bags on all Air Canada flights. So my question is if I can change the FF number on the United booking (probably only for the outgoing direction or maybe only on the AC flight), to my AC Aeroplan number, so I will be able to get two free bags in the outgoing direction. Is that possible and if so how would I go about doing that ? Thanks
