If I reach Atmos Platinum through the Corporate Fast Track program, what happens when aiming for Titanium?

Does the fast-track Platinum count as having met the 75,000-point threshold, meaning I would just need to accumulate the additional 25,000 points to reach 100,000 for Titanium this year? Or, even with the accelerated path to Platinum, do I still have to earn the full 100,000 qualifying points from scratch to move up to Titanium?
