Could be it. Kind of annoying since it's also not showing up on my account when looking at all the FFCs I have, so I have now have to remember to track it separately.

The other scenario I mentioned where the FFC wasn't usable on the app (greyed out) was for non-MUA related FFCs. Doesn't happen often.
