I doubt you have any luck getting CP extended BUT, if your significant other is under 5/24 and hasn't had a Southwest card bonus post in 2 years you can possibly have that person get CP for 2026/2027

My wife and I have been switching off getting CP EOY for nearly 2 decades now.
