Try the normal online booking (with discount) and once you get to point of a fully priced / specificed trip, note the cart id (UA's Cart ID, what is its use? Where can you find it?) and supply that to the phone agent to finish the purchase. Note: this may be limited to an all UA itin.

Another option is to ask the agent to request an ETC in place of the FFC, this is hit or miss.
