On the communication point, it may seem a small thing, but I really find it annoying that they leak the news out BEFORE they send an email to the members. Why cant it be dont simultaneously? The little things add up.
Was this leaked to press? I got the email at least 15 minutes before it appeared on here, and I don't recall seeing anything in the press. In the days before I was on the look out for news (and even posted about it here) because I spotted that the bonus tier points were about to end for new bookings.
