I am planning to fly to Chiang Rai this Monday but have layover at BKK a little over 8hrs! I was beginning to panic, and well... a bit stressed out since I'll be arriving to BKK at 11:45PM and my flight to Chiang Rai won't depart until 8:30 AM. What do I do at the airport for over 8/hrs? I tried to look up information on airport hotel and found nothing! Until I stumble into this forum. Although, I thought the room a bit pricey, it was better than the alternative; which is for a lone woman to hitch a cab to find a hotel elsewhere or to lie around on the airport bench.
