When you get "Your Notifications:" and you click on the one that is "Quotes" it no longer goes to the list where you were quoted, it goes to New Subscribed Threads: (23) instead.
Scroll down past those and you'll see the thread you're quoted in. It's been like this for a couple years after the solo Quotes product was unfortunately retired due to tech resource investment.
