That's sufficient time but some people would find it "tight". Your HNL flight will almost certainly depart from T3, which is right next to TBIT and is connected airside. You don't really need a map or a lot of advance prep, just enter the US, collect your bags, recheck, and then clear security and walk to T3. There are signs and plenty of people can direct you at each step to the next step. This is not a particularly complicated transfer, don't worry too much (also, DL has a decent amount of LAX-Hawaii flights so you should have recovery options if something does go off the rails).
