Where would be the best place to purchase online gift cards which would count as 1. Online and 2. Retail?
Below is the fine print for retail purchases. I'm guessing Amazon falls under book store?
Amazon does sell third party gift cards. However, there seems to be two different retailers. ACI Gift Cards LLC, an Amazon company for physical third party gift cards. Amazon.com for third party digital gift cards.
The guide says Staples.com did not count as retail despite posting as office supply. I wonder what the purchase was. Maybe the purchase was gift cards and Citi has access to Level 2/Level 3 data for Staples.com?
