I had award ticket on hold from NBO reserved yesterday and could not find it today.
- Reservation was made 22 hours 30 minutes ago
- Email says I have to complete booking until end of day in departure airport, so even more than 24 hours: Your requested trip is now on hold. You must complete your booking by November 24, 2025 11:59 PM East Africa Time (EAT).
Talked to customer service -- they confirm that tickets on hold now expire in 24 hours not by end of next day (email message was not updated).
I protest because it's still under 23 hours -- they confirm sometimes they expire earlier (looks like a bug) and nothing can be done.
