No there isn't one for retention offers (and the one for welcome offers is relatively new and thus far only for MR earning cards). You can keep track on your own and also ask via chat what they see as your spend this far but there may be a bit of a time lag between what they see and what you actually spent.
I agree with all you said except you can add Alaska Atmos cards to those showing progress on sign up offers. Bank of American showed the spend on our cards which I found very helpful.
