Hi all,

I've had an odd thing happen, and was wondering if anyone else has seen this either. I earned my 2024 $8k milestone reward on October 31, 2024, and received an email with the same. Earned the $10k milestone reward on November 26, 2025, and received an email with the same. I had in my calendar to choose the $8k reward a few days before Halloween this year, just with flight planning and family travelling I needed to know what to choose (up to the last few days), but logged in around October 24th and noticed that the $8k reward had just disappeared. I was travelling a lot and didn't have time to call WS, but lo and behold, a few days before my 2024 $10k reward expires (this Wednesday), I logged into the WS site yesterday and saw that the $10k reward disappeared as well!

Platinum desk (on a weekend evening, granted) said they can't do anything, So I plan to call back during regular YYC biz hours tomorrow. Has anyone else run into this before, and do we have any DPs on how to handle? I know I had a year to choose, but with job changes, lots of travel changes for 2026, and other considerations, I needed up to the last few days to make my choices.
