I believe if the kids are young enough then maybe both can come in and not count as a guest meaning the Plat could guest the spouse then the kids, if young enough, can come in. However I am not sure on the age requirement.
For the Greenwich Lounge, children 2 and older count as a guest:

Same for the AC:

Admirals Club access − Travel information − American Airlines
