Last week I said "No, I will pass on the pretzels, etc, but I would like a recline box". Response from the FA: "I am not asking you if you want a special item, I am asking if you want pretzels, etc... "
A couple of weeks before that, I was sitting in the last row on the plane and asked for a tapas box. The response was: "Do you have a card on file? You need to pay for these things"
Some time before that, on a last-minute TATL in Y: "I would like a rum and coke". Response: "That's not free, only beer and wine are". I say that it doesn't matter because I am a 1K, and she goes "oh ok", and plops it down in front of me without saying another word.

And dont get me started on pre-ordering snack boxes... I'm not sure why I need to bother doing that...
