Paid Ticket is "On Hold"
I bought a AA (001) ticket that is 100% operated by QR back in July. I called QR to pay/select seats on the outbound flights and I see the additional 157 receipt numbers on QR website. I was able to select seats for free on the return (assuming included with R class).
Sometime in the last week, my ticket status on the QR website change to "On Hold" with the comment "This is your on-hold booking confirmation. Your payment is still pending."
QR phone agent said everything is confirmed / OK on their side. AA says I am "ticketed".
Any idea what's going on? Thanks.
