No “all lounges” have waitlists. Since pandemic I never have to waitlist or wait in line at UA or DL or LH or any other airline lounges.
It is only the credit card lounges which promise lounge benefits they cannot deliver at peak travel times (see also priority pass at CUN and SJD)
