A350 is suitable for long, thin routes. JFK is neither one of those. It is high premium demand, and only the 77W has P (La Première).

If you really want to fly the A350 to/from JFK, you can fly LH to MUC or AY to HEL, and make a correspondance to Paris or whatever other destination. Or you can fly AF from EWR but AF switches appareils frequently on most TATL routes so even then you should not bank on the initial résa.
AY tends to vary between A330 and A350, same with IB and Ita. Virgin Atlantic to London, Japan Airlines to Tokyo, Asiana to Seoul (soon to be integrated into Korean Air by then or a bit after Delta should have JFK-ICN with A350 I expect that to launch around 2026 2027 ish), Singapore Airlines to Singapore, Cathay Pacific to Hong Kong, some Qatar to Doha, some Etihad to Abu Dhabi, Air India to Delhi, Philippines Airlines to Manila, soon Qantas to Sydney all do A350s out of JFK.
