App and mobile site essentially useless last 48 hours. At least for me. You can "log in" but not view your trips or do anything useful like check-in. Had to wait for an agent at SEA this am, which is already in a bit of a state with their fuel leak
On the plus side, last week I switched my seat from 9B to 17B for the SEA-BOS flight I'm currently on. If I've gotta be in a middle seat, Exit row is better than premium legroom wise.
Somehow, me changing my seat triggered their system to think they had involuntarily downgraded me. So they sent me an apology email with a $25 credit.
