i get that some events only send out the ticket last minute, but you are then dependent on the seller transferring it to you on time. even then, ticket could be wrong, so you never know. the worst is you are stuck, should you turn up or should you not? if you turned up and tickets didnt get transferred, then you may have just made a wasted trip, while if you didnt and the tickets was sent to you at the very last minute, then you have just wasted money. personally i always liked a good deal, but im also a worrier and stubhub is just not for me
That's interesting. I am not typically a concert go-er, and only sporting I tend to do is in the UK (EPL), where I get tickets from friends. So don't have much experience with these types of apps.
Might use this occasionally to catch an MLS match or something, but if this is a common experience, it does lower the "value" of this CSR benefit.
