I am finding myself in a situation where I was merrily booking my flight on ba.com ...
AKL - SIN PE fully-flex and SIN - AKL Y fully-flex
But as i was about to pay, I thought I'd confirm the fare rules - "REFUND NOT PERMITTED ...."
I wonder what gives?
