According to Expertflyer, flight BA389 on 1 December has J8 and C8 available (plus Y9, B9, H9). However, neither the GGL agent, nor Revenue say there is availability in any class (well actually, I had one GGL agent say there is, which is why it was sent to Revenue, and one say there isn't). Revenue have put me on a waiting list for that flight (I have never been on a waiting list and have no idea what it is in reality).

I am on a return leg connecting with a flight to Miami.

Any clues as to what is going on here anyone? Btw, it is not a POS thing as I asked them to check multiple POS locations.
