as we were as well earlier this month for the first time in this resort, I would like to add our experiences:

We could check in immediately after arrival at around 1pm (before official time); we were upgraded from a normal room to a Ozone 2 bedroom suite (Platinum), which was quite generous

the resort is very unique, picturesque in antic Italian style in green landscape surrounded by a golf course

the suite was very large, clean and functional. Coffee machine with 6 Movenpick capsules and dozens of water bottles.

the service was very professional and friendly, also in the restaurants, at the pool and for transports with golf carts from reception to the building with the suites

Breakfast was of course included in the room charge

Food at breakfast and restaurants was mixed; some very good dishes, some rather poor; some probably too much conservation stuff or precooked; they also try to fullfil extra wishes at breakfast and dinner

I used the pool, which is quite large and unique several times and there were not many other people in the pool as it was too cold for the locals

95% of guest were locals, only 5% foreigners. We came with our own car and left every day for very interesting sightseeing in Khao Yai and Pak Chong; there are also many (cheaper) restaurants with good local food outside, but quite some distance to the hotel

I will dig out some photos later and add
