Greek Yogurt & Chia Pudding (couldn't find pics on this one)
Tex-Mex Omelet (found this one as well)
Smoked Salmon and Trout (have no interest in this one, sorry).

Probably am trying to decide between the first and second option (Frittata and Pistachio bread pudding)
