The best point is there is a decent argument to lock in an airfare TATL before the draw, as things like the OW DUB-NA-MAD shuffle are 180 days in advance for the best fares in J, for instance.

The actual mechanics of attending games will depend on things like the Dallas location having about twice the capacity of Toronto. Internal NA airfares will be impacted, but I doubt in anything like the potential amounts of TALT fares.
