Been that way for many years already for me.....and still is as most of my travel is East. BA is a (long haul) UK-North American airline in reality. I guess corporate fares to Asia keep the airline going East but for normal punters prices are absolutely eye-watering.

BA prices are multiple of 3 for my next DUB-HKG trip when I will use QR again.
