If they're on wheels and you can move them around easily you'll be fine. The Elizabeth Line is far faster than an Uber and the hotel is a 100 metre walk from the Elizabeth Line exit (do not go into the main station, take the first left when you go up the Elizabeth Line from the platform). There are lifts to take so that you don't need to take escalators.

Obviously if they're two huge suitcases that you can't move easily with, then it would be uncomfortable.
