Soooo... I've got a ticket on SQ25 JFK>SIN, and a SIN>BKK connection at 1800L in J for the last leg into Thailand. I'll be pretty bushed, and don't know if I want to sit in a car for an hour to town.

That has me thinking of doing a night near the airport bc it's by Windmill GC, and I can putt or chip around the golf course after I check in at like 9PM, or the next morning. Maybe play a few holes....

Has anyone stayed at Le Meridien near BKK?

Next: Where should I stay, among the following: Sheraton Grande, Grand Hyatt Sukhumvit, or some other Bonvoy/Hyatt/Accor (near to Nana, but not necessarily a requirement)?

I play in a golf society that shares a van off Soi 22, so I want to be within walking/carrying clubs distance ot that condo, just off Sukhumvit as well.

My budget is $350 or less, including tax/night.

I've got status with Marriott. Can 'get' FNA rooms via Dan's Deals forums at Hyatt.

I love the R-C, but just did that one. Checked in and out of the MO last spring. Have not done Capella or FS, but they are higher in price right now than I want to spend, as this is a jet lag recovery mission to start.
