On another note, I got to try the Jose Andres Stuffed Peppers on LAS to MSP tonight. What a great dish. Very flavorful.
Looks good! Wish I had chosen that option in hindsight on a upgrade tonight, had the Marinara Braised Meatballs instead. Dish was swimming in juices drowning out the polenta. Not sure if it was juice was from the cheese or not but the meatballs were at least nice.
