Survived SIN-HEL in PE (now a 10hr layovers before my next flight!)

Row 23, so reclined for the whole flight.
Blanket, amenity kit and neck pillow on the seat.
Bottle of water in the bottle holders at the bottom.
Comfort wise, seat felt hard to me, so not easy to get settled.
Crew wise, little interaction. Serve, clear off - no chatting, smiles etc. - made BA crews look half decent! Dozing on an off, so cant say how many times they came through the cabin

Hot towel service.
Food wise, drinks run about an hour after take off and then food. Choice of beef or snapper I think.
Trolleys started at the front and back of PE. Not sure, but those in front of me maybe didnt get the beef they wanted.
Another drinks run after that.

Did see a couple of water runs overnight.

Drinks run and breakfast a couple of hours out.

Small cardboard boxes

Scrambled egg (nice enough, and moist); mushrooms; hash brown; chicken sausage and the obligatory dollop or two of spinach; tomato

Beef dinner; bread roll and butter; banana cake; starter of two bits of chicken and bits of cucumber etc.

Veg didnt even touch - couldnt figure out what the green bits were (looked someone had used an apple corer on a courgette or something)
Beef had one bit and left the rest.

Honestly, worst meal Ive ever had on AY.
Banana bread, i ate later, was probably the saving grace!"]https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.flyertalk.com-vbulletin/2000x935/20251120_225546_f2ec47482137e5cf45f7965a4d11909709 f816cc.jpg[/img]

Paper cups for all drinks.

Is it worth it? Well, honestly BA beats this product for PE and they're far from decent anyway.
Full cabin, but even with the seat reclined in front of me, didn't feel trapped.
Paid probably £300-£400 more than economy (trying that out from PVG-HEL in 3 weeks).
Food wise, luckily I could pop into the lounges beforehand, and being overnight, didn't really have to hit my snacks. No idea if the rear galley has anything?

Before BA changed from TP to mileage / price or whatever based, 90TP over say 20 say for economy would be worth it.
I've been in PE a few times where the price is sub-£700 vs. 4x that for business. A consideration for me whereas not for others.

Now, yes it's more comfortable up to a point, but as others have said, there's no much to differentiate it from economy, so a personal choice.
