Homemade American Wagyu Meat Sauce from the freezer over Rotini (love Rotini for nice chunky meat sauce and mine is practically stew like consistency with the tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, meat chunks) paired with a 2022 Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. No photo today as I just wanted to eat, hadn't eaten anything since a light early breakfast.
