The fact that UA has still not started EWR-CPH is a bit mind-boggling - surely there is the premium leisure demand for it, especially in the summer when the weather in Northern Europe can much more tolerable than the rest of the continent. Not flying to Scandinavia at all is a noticeable gap in the network.
