My favorite was this past Saturday when I got a text from premium services agent that “she will meet me at the gate” and then proceeded to ignore me during boarding and didn’t even say hello. What’s the point of these useless gate premium services encounters on departure is something I will never understand. It’s like they tell you what gate you depart from when one can see it in the app or departure monitors. Waste.

Dumb question, but did you introduce yourself to her at the gate? That would be weird if you did and then she ignored you and did not say hello.
