If long term Pak airspace issues continue, is it possible that AI passes on 10-15 planes of their new order to SQ and SQ takes over AI's NA operation. AI and SQ can work out some math behind the scene on profit sharing but if SQ registered aircraft are operating a fifth freedom SIN-DEL-JFK then Pak airspace will be available just like how SQ traverses Pak airspace for its Europe (and other flights).
