Finished 6 nights stay here recently. Was Platinum at the time and booked Elevate Your Stay rate (3 nights for 2) with Club Access. It also included daily 3 pieces of clothing laundry for free.

The room was very spacious and the view was just stunning (both the Oriental Tower, Shanghai Tower, Jin Mao Tower etc. - all visible from your bed). I spend quite a lot of time just looking at the skyline and drinking chinese tea, lol.

The hotel WiFi had VPN set up with Hong Kong, so all western stuff worked perfectly.

The Club had a nice breakfast spread and cook-to-order menu which rotated daily. It had a good mix of Asian and Western food. For happy hour they had a large selection of drinks. Food was also there. I went to the afternoon tea once and the spread there was also pretty wide. I ate a lot of Chinese and when I got bored it was relatively easy to go back to western cuisine with pastries, cheese, bread etc.

Pool had the same view I had from the room - the skyline of Shanghai, and a largest jacuzzi I've seen in my life - more of a smal pool with hot water and multiple bubble-stations. Great!

One of the best stays in my life honestly.
