I will note that the hotel specifically stated that breakfast is to be at the hotel lounge where you are staying.
that's interesting, stayed at the sakura about a month ago as a titanium and wasn't told we needed to stay in our own lounge for breakfast.
we were given a piece paper with a QR code to check how busy each lounge was, but nothing more than that--and we did eat at one of the others one morning, although i don't remember which (we visited all three at different times of the day).
