No, because AS has taken away your ability on alaskaair.com to utilize any other FF program other than its own. You'll see that Atmos Rewards is grayed out and that you're unable to change it. Your choices are only to book under your AS number or create a new passenger and go through the steps above. The upgrade list is just the complimentary upgrade list you're placed if you have status in AA.
