Companion Pass expired after only 1 year
I opened two of Chase’s Southwest-branded credit cards in late 2024, each offering sign-up bonuses in the form of Rapid Rewards points. In early 2025, I hit the minimum spend and earned the sign-up bonuses, which totaled over 140,000 miles. As a result, I was awarded a Companion Pass in early 2025. My understanding is that the Companion Pass should have been good until 12/31/26, but it appears that it expires 12/31/25. Has anyone run into the same issue after earning Companion Pass through a credit card sign-up bonus?
