I agree that Lifetime have a right to feel disgruntled. As they've admitted only 4% of Diamonds would be eligible for Reserve and likely fewer than 4% of Diamonds are Lifetime, it would have been a generous gesture to offer a one-time grandfathering to Reserve. Many Lifetime's don't have the option to stay 80/40 and spend $18k and also, not to make too finer point about it, Lifetime Reserve's would decrease year on year as they pass away. It would be a dwindling number, I sincerely doubt the fact Mr and Mrs Mutual Fund can be in two places at once and using the same account to get in a lounge keeps Chris up at night so why does this? Especially as we are told, Nassetta and Weinstein are incredibly honest, and experts in loyalty.

They've never cared one bit that the costs of their changes fall entirely on owners, so this would be no different? In fact, owners were apparently demanding they make these changes.

For disgruntled Lifetime’s perhaps email Christopher Nassetta, you can guess the email and while they don’t go to him, they do end up at a higher level than the usual Priority Letter,@Diamond@ etc.
