When your reservation is clicked on from the arrivals screen, the first screen that opens has your status level, nights, points and the last time (if applicable) you stayed at that property on the right side.

Surprising that nights pops up, why does that matter? Does that mean people with Diamond via CC are going to be treated differently than those who actually stayed? Cannot imagine why else the FDA needs to know this.
Similar to points. Why do they care if I have 40k or 900k?
The most surprising is they can see when I stayed there last. Even at the Conrads that I frequent I have never been welcomed back, but I have been asked if I stayed there before
