Unless I am misreading it, you paid $800 to upgrade economy to business for MCO-NL? With the rerouting you flew MCO-ORD-LAX in the premium cabin but economy for LAX-HNL

It would seem to me that you only got 52%of journey upgraded, so would have been pushing for $384 refund rather than $200

What type of aeroplane was originally intemded on the original routing doesn't impact
