There are definitely "program eligible" properties that are not Edit.

If I'm not mistaken, the credits only apply to prepaid reservations, so you would have to wait until 2026 to book if you want to get the 2026 IHG+ credit. That's why I'm waiting until January to book our April stay in Tokyo.
