I wonder if this was rushed out, errors and all, to meet a year-end deadline; or if AirNZ management are actually happy that everything was crystal clear and in place for a carefully planned release.

Neither possibility reflects at all well for AirNZ’s self-promoted ‘most significant change for 30 years’.
