No definitive list of where they are located exists, as far as I know...
Let me guess, starting in 2027, when the new status kicks in, all Conrad, W=A etc will have converted their executive lounges to 'premium clubs'. It's inevitable.
Hilton was already FAR behind Marriott in terms of lounges and this will be the last piece of the puzzle - it is still offered ... just no longer in a meaningful way
