If you subscribe to CardPointers, their browser extension will add offers to all cards at once. So for example, I was able to add a Best Buy offer to two of my Amex cards, and I was indeed able to redeem it on both. Note the extension is available even to free users - however, the "add to all cards at once" functionality is only for paid users.
