It was during the "Evening of Conversation" event yesterday in Sweden.

During the event a couple of people asked aboit the status of Lifetime Diamond (LTD). In their answers, they basically pretended as if it was still a work in progress. Then just before the conversation part ended, they called out a bunch of names (including mine) and asked us to stand up. Then they played a video launching LTD (it had no details). I thougjht they handled that really well.

After the conversation part of the event, they had all of the LTDs gather at the stage, gave us over-sized LTD cards to hold up for a group picture. Whilst we were gathering for the photo, the SAS app sent us a congratulations message.

Again, unexpected and really well done by SAS.

As of this morning, the app and website still say Lifetime Gold, but I guess the update will come in a couple of days.
